Great shots start with great movement. This clinic is designed to help players move more efficiently, recover faster, and arrive to the ball in better balance and position. Through a series of dynamic drills and point-based exercises, players will focus on split steps, first-step explosiveness, recovery patterns, court coverage, balance, and movement specific to singles and doubles play.
